Day 1

Your arrival in Delhi

While you are landing at Delhi airport, we will be waiting for you at the arrival gates. After a warm welcome, your driver will transfer you to your hotel. You can take the rest of the day to relax at the hotel but we are at your disposal if you want to go anywhere. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 2

Delhi

Our Heart of India tour starts with Delhi, India's national capital. In the morning, we will drive you to Old Delhi, the historic part of the metropolis. Our first stop will be the Red Fort (closed on Monday), which served as the primary residence of the Mughal Emperors. After that, we will drive you to Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India.
In the heart of Old Delhi, we will drive you to Chandni Chowk, a busy shopping area with narrow side streets crowded with tiny shops.
In New Delhi, you will visit Humayun's tomb, the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun. We will then head to Qutub Minar. A short drive later, you discover the impressive flower-like shape Lotus Temple. Then, you will visit the President’s House and the Parliament’s House. Finally, we will drive you to the India Gate. Overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3

Delhi to Mandawa

In the morning, we will drive to Mandawa, a town in Rajasthan, famous for its paintings, murals, and various other beautiful artefacts. We will drive you to visit Shekhawati villages. Shekhawati is a semi-arid historical region located in the northeast part of Rajasthan. It is famous for its rich heritage and beautiful architecture full of fresco paintings and feels like an open-air art gallery. Overnight stay in Mandawa.
Day 4

Mandawa to Bikaner

This is day 4 of our Heart of India tour and we will make our way to Bikaner, we will stop at Desnok and visit Shree Karni Mataji Temple, also known as the Temple of Rats, due to the family of rats running around the floor and nibbling at the food offerings. On arrival in Bikaner, you can take the rest of the day to relax at your leisure. We are available if you need a drive anywhere. Overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day 5

Bikaner

After breakfast, we recommend to our Heart of India tour guests to visit Bikaner's local market in the old city. In the afternoon, we will drive you to the Junagarh Fort where you will visit its palaces and temples made of red sandstone and marble. Overnight stay in Bikaner. 
Day 6

Bikaner to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, we will drive to Jaisalmer, also known as Known as the Golden City, in the heart of the Thar Desert. In the afternoon, you will visit Bada Bagh, a garden complex with a set of royal chhatri cenotaphs constructed by the Maharajas of the Jaisalmer State. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 7

Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

In the morning, we will drive you to Jaisalmer Fort, one of the few living forts in the world. After that, you will visit Jaisalmer lower town and see Patwa-ki Haveli, a series of early-1800s palaces but now is a museum. After lunch, we will drive towards Jodhpur, also known as the blue city. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Jodhpur

After breakfast, we will drive towards Jodhpur, also known as the blue city. Our first visit will be to the Mehrangarh Fort, a complex located on a hilltop and built in 1459. After that, you will visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of the world's largest private residences. After lunch, you will visit Bishnoï village safari, an attraction around jodhpur that shows the Indian Tribal way of living. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 9

Jodhpur to Udaipur

On the way to Udaipur, we will stop at Ranakpur Jain Temple, a Śvētāmbara Jain temple dedicated to Tirthankara Rishabhanatha in Ranakpur. On the way to Udaipur, you can enjoy the fabulous Haravelli Valley with a lot of monkeys along the road. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 10

Udaipur

The tenth day of our Heart of India tour will be about discovering the beautiful Udaipur, also known as the Venice of India because of the seven lakes surrounding the city. We will start the day by driving around the city and showing you the beautiful architecture. Then we will see the most popular lake in the city, Lake Pichola. Overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 11

Udaipur to Pushkar

In the morning, we will drive towards the holy City of Pushkar which is one of the most sacred places for the Hindus. On the way to Pushkar, we will stop in the impressive city of Chittorgarh. In Chittorgarh, you will see the  Chittor Fort, the largest fort in India and Asia. In Pushkar, you will visit the Brahma Temple World’s only temple for the Hindu god Brahma. In the evening, you can walk along the Ghats of the Pushkar Lake, a sacred lake of the Hindus. Overnight stay in Pushkar.

Pushkar to Bundi

After breakfast, we will drive towards Bundi. On arrival, you will visit the Royal family Museum and after that, we will drive you to Garh Palace & Taragarh Fort. In the evening, you can enjoy walking down the streets of Bundi at your leisure. Overnight in Bundi.

Bundi

After breakfast, we will drive you to Raniji ki Baori, also known as The Queen Stepwell. After that, you will see the Royal Cenotaphs just outside Bundi. In the afternoon, we recommend our Heart of India tour guests to visit Sukh Mahal Bagh, a very unique fort in Bundi. Overnight stay in Bundi.

Bundi to Ranthambore

In the morning, we will drive toward Ranthambore, which used to be a former hunting grounds of the Maharajahs of Jaipur. Now Ranthambore National Park is one of the biggest and most renowned national parks in Northern India. There, you will visit Ranthambore Fort. Built in the 13th century, it provides a panoramic view of the surrounding Ranthambore National Park. Overnight stay in Ranthambore.

Day 15

Ranthambore National Park

After breakfast, one of our Heart of India tour highlights is the safari in Ranthambore National Park. You will have a glimpse of the life of wild tigers living in reserve. The Park also includes mammals, birds and reptiles so have your camera ready for this special day!
Day 16

Ranthambore to Jaipur

The 16th day of our Heart of India tour will bring us to Jaipur, knowns as the pink city because of the colour of its building. On the way to Jaipur, we will stop at Galtaji, a series of temples built in narrow crevices. It is also known as the Monkey Temple because of the large population of macaques that lives there. Later in the evening, you can see the local market and enjoy the vibrant Jaipur at your leisure. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 17

Jaipur

After a short drive to Amer, near Jaipur, you will visit the Amber Fort in the morning. Built in the 16th century, the Amber Fort is the principal tourist attraction in Jaipur and for good reasons. After the Amber Fort, we will drive to the Nahargarh Fort, known as Tiger Fort, where you can appreciate a panoramic view of Jaipur city. We will go past the beautiful Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) in the afternoon. We recommend a short walk to the nearby Jantar Mantar observatory. A short drive away, you will Galtaji, a series of temples built in narrow crevices. It is also known as the Monkey Temple because of the large population of macaques that lives there. Later in the evening, you can see the local market and enjoy the vibrant Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 18

Jaipur to Agra

On the way to Agra, we will stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a deserted red stone city built by Mughal Emperor Akbar. After walking around the UNESCO World Heritage ghost town, we will drive you to the stunning Chand Baori stepwell in Abhaneri which can be dated to the 8th or 9th century. Finally, one of the Heart of India tour's highlights: in the evening, you will have the chance to visit the Taj Mahal at sunset. After the visit to the ivory-white marble mausoleum, we will drive you to your hotel so you can relax. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 19

Agra

You will have the possibility to see the Taj Mahal again but this time at sunrise. After that, we visit the Agra Fort, an important medieval complex with beautiful mosques and palaces. The Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1983. We will then make our way to the Baby Taj, the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah, which is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. Overnight stay in Agra.
Day 20

Agra to Orchha

In the morning, you will visit Jahangir Palace in Agra. Chaturbhuj Temple. After that, we will drive toward Orchha, a town that was built in 1501. On arrival, you will visit Chaturbhuj Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to Vishnu. Overnight stay in Orchha.

Day 21

Orchha to Khajuraho

After breakfast, we will drive you to visit Ram Raja Temple and its various cenotaphs. After that, we will drive towards Khajuraho, one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

The 22nd day of our Heart of India tour is dedicated to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Khajuraho. You will visit various Hindu and Jain Temples which show the beautiful history relates to Kamasutra. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 23

Khajuraho to Varanasi

After breakfast, we will drive towards Varanasi, regarded as the spiritual capital of India. The drive will be 8 to 9 hours. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 24

Varanasi

After breakfast, you can enjoy the morning to relax at your leasure. In the afternoon, we will drive you to visit the Bharat Mata Mandir (meaning "Mother India Temple"). We will then head to Durga Temple and Tulsi Manas Mandir, two of the most famous temples in the holy city. Finally, you will visit Banaras Hindu University which has an art gallery. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 25

Departure from Varanasi

This is the end of our Heart of India tour. We will drop you off at the Varanasi Airport for your onward journey to Delhi. This is the end of our Fastest Rajasthan and Varanasi tour.
